Kevin Fite, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician practicing in Austin, Texas, understands that good health starts with prevention, so he focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle and preventive care in treating people of all ages. Dr. Fite, who joined the esteemed team at Austin Medical Group in 2010, invests the time necessary to not only answer all questions but forge lasting relationships.

A native Texan, Dr. Fite completed his undergraduate degree at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. He went to San Antonio for medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Medicine. After earning his medical degree, he completed his residency at the Conroe Family Medicine residency program in Conroe, Texas, where he was named chief resident.

Dr. Fite is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He’s also a member of the Texas Academy of Family Physicians and the Travis County Medical Society.
